Ordering

When is my order accepted?
After confirming your order, you will receive an e-mail with order confirmation. From then on, the order is accepted!

I made a mistake, can I still change my order?
As long as you have not confirmed your order, you can make changes and remove or add products to your basket.
PLEASE NOTE: After confirmation you can no longer make changes, if you still wish to change something, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@b-boo.com

What should I do if my order is damaged?
WWe check the articles before they are sent and make sure they are properly packed. Check your shipment immediately upon receipt!

Do not accept packaging that is obviously damaged in transit. If you do not notice the damage until later, please notify us via sales@b-boo.com

 

Shipping

When will my order be dispatched?
We will do our utmost to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. If you have ordered products from the new collection or temporarily sold out products, this will be stated with the product. We ship all orders with PostNL or UPS.

Where can I find my shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country. Shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping basket. 

Can I collect my order myself?
No, it is not possible to collect an order.

 

Payment

What payment options are available?
We offer the following payment methods:
- iDEAL
- SOFORTbanking
- Bankcontact / MrCash
- Manual transfer: you will receive the account details for this with your order confirmation.

Is paying secure?
Transactions made are secured by the Mollie payment system. All information exchanged for payment execution is encrypted via the SSL protocol. These data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. They are also not stored in our computer systems.

 

Products

Do the colours of the images match those of the items on offer?
Yes, we try to reflect the colours in the shop as accurately as possible. Pink stays pink and blue stays blue. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen type.

What are the correct prices of the items?
All our prices are in Euro, excluding 19% VAT, excluding shipping costs. All prices are per piece or per set, unless otherwise indicated.

Can I order a product that is not (yet) in stock?
Yes, our new collection can be pre-ordered in spring or autumn. It is also possible that an article is temporarily sold out. If a product is not (yet) in stock, this is stated with the product and in the shopping basket.
